GGG v Brook
What a fight, both unbeaten. Would be the biggest upset since Honeyghan beat Curry in '86.

As a betting man I've gone for a Golovkin stoppage between rounds 10 and 12

Yeah remember that Honeygan one... bigger shock for me was Kirkland Laing beating Duran.... unbelievable that was

Re: GGG v Brook
reports are that GGG is suffering from a sickness bug he looked very gaunt so that has to give Kell Brook some confidence coming into this fight as he looked great shape.

I loved Kirkland Laing - he was seriously good when he had his head on properly which was not all that often.
In typical fashion he vanished off the face of the planet for six months after the Duran fight.
Will always remember those two fights with Colin Jones. He would have won both had he not punched Jones on the nuts (twice ffs!) and annoyed him.

I haven't followed boxing for decades, but I took an interest in this purely because this GGG lad came to Upton Park and declared himself a Hammer.

After reading a bit, and watching a few clips on youtube, I can tell you that we better have our briefs ready, because Sheffield Utd will want to sue us after this fight.

Don't care if he's English, Brook is a Blade, and GGG is going to tear his 'kin' lungs out.

COYI!

Calum Smith is a monster, DeGale has no chance if he fights him.

scheduled for 10.30ish but get it on about 10.15 in case there's an early finish to the main support fight

I honestly believe Brook can win this. He has been written off by all the so called experts. Brook is unbeaten probably pound for pound our best boxer he can fight GGG will have his hardest contest of his career. At 9/2 I have had a cheeky tenner on Brook.

I've had a couple of quid on Brook just because I like him, he can fight and fuck it, it's boxing, there's been much, much bigger shocks in this sport.
